In order to assist us with dealing with your booking as efficiently as possible, please consider the following before you contact us:

What are the most appropriate activities/study units to meet your objectives?

Will any of the activities duplicate any other programme you have arranged?

Have you met the adult/pupil ratio advised by your LEA?

How much outdoor clothing your group has, will anyone need to borrow anything?

What is your ideal accommodation base, and are there any alternatives?

What is your ideal time of year to visit, and are there any alternatives?

What transport might you require during your stay and would you like us to arrange it for you?

What is the total cost of accommodation, transport and tuition and can you claim back any VAT?

Can you tell us the name of the teacher who will be visiting with the group, so that pre-visit information can be sent directly to them?

Have you told us about any special needs requirements?
