Grants for repair and restoration

Drawing of villageThe Peak District National Park Authority provides grants towards the cost of repair and restoration of listed buildings and for some unlisted buildings in Conservation Areas.

Funding is limited and we prioritise support for listed buildings on the Buildings at Risk register.

We contribute between 10% and 40% of the cost of works and most grants range from £100 to a normal maximum of £3,000. In exceptional circumstances this maximum figure can be exceeded for listed buildings of special historic or architectural importance on the Buildings at Risk register.
