4. Is your property a listed building?
Yes:
Grade I or II*
Your building may be eligible for an English Heritage grant (the usual rate is 40%), and will only be eligible for a National Park Authority grant in exceptional circumstances, as follows:
- if your building receives a grant from English Heritage but the building has little or no economic value (for example: churches, non-inhabitable buildings)
- if your building is refused a grant from English Heritage as it is judged not to be of sufficient architectural merit.
If a grant has been refused by English Heritage for any other reason, or the applicant prefers not to apply for an English Heritage grant, the work will not be grant aided by the Authority.
