Draft Motion:

That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Agenda Item No.8.1 to avoid the disclosure of Exempt Information under S100 (A) (4) Local Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A, Paragraph 7 “Information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime.”
