Bank Farm Caravan and Camping Park is located 10 miles north of Ashbourne in a Hamlet called Hulme End. The countryside surrounding the park has a number of visitor attractions from cycle trails to excellent walks. Hulme End itself is rather small and situated right next to the Manifold River and provides visitors with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.
The campsite itself has a range of facilities that include separate male and female hot showers which are available free of charge, as well as a number of shaving points in the male toilets. Kitchen facilities for campers include a pot wash as well as a fridge freezer which can be used by all visitors. Other facilities include a launderette with a tumble dryer as well as a number of electricity hook-ups for both tents and caravans. Calor gas and camping gas is available on site in a number of different sizes.
Various foodstuffs and essential items are also available in the local village shop which is open daily from 8 am to 7 pm. The closest pub to the campsite is the Manifold in which serves a range of homed cooked British classics, as well as having a well-stocked bar with local ales. The site itself is easy to access being on the main bus route from Ashbourne to Buxton and Bakewell.
